From the era of tribal alliances, humanity has had class divisions, and after the establishment of states, these classes became even more pronounced.

Clearly, Sean Parker felt a sense of kinship with Zhao Fusheng, a fellow believer in Facebook's future.

That's probably human nature—everyone craves recognition from others and naturally wants their choices to be liked by others.

"Sean, I think we'll have a good memory of this." Zhao Fusheng smiled at Sean Parker.

This was just their first meeting; he wouldn't say too much. Some things didn't need to be rushed. The principle of not speaking too deeply with a new acquaintance applied not only in China but also in the United States.

At the very least, if Zhao Fusheng offered any advice to Sean Parker at this point, the latter would not only reject it but also think he was meddling.

That was inevitable.

"Of course." Sean Parker was extremely excited at that moment, looking at Zhao Fusheng and Zuckerberg. "I think we can promote Facebook to the other two continents. What do you think?"

The other two continents?

Zuckerberg was taken aback, staring at Sean Parker with his mouth wide open. Clearly, he had never thought that far ahead.

Just this morning, his goal was still to have Facebook dominate all U.S. college campuses, and now Sean Parker seemed to be unfolding a much more beautiful picture before him.

He thought it would be really cool!

"Zhao, what do you think?" Zuckerberg turned to Zhao Fusheng. "How about you become our CFO?"

Zhao Fusheng laughed heartily. "That's Eduardo's job. I won't do it. I'm just an investor; making the website great is your business. Hmm, if we lose all the money, we can just start another website later."

He meant every word. No kidding—his limited knowledge of the internet was nothing compared to these two geniuses. He could only rely on his foresight to occasionally offer a bit of advice when they talked. If he tried to join their conversations filled with technical jargon, he'd recognize every letter they said, but when those letters formed words and sentences, it might as well be a foreign language to him.

Self-knowledge is wisdom. Zhao Fusheng didn't consider himself a true genius; he just saw a little further than everyone else in this era.

"Honestly, you're completely different from those guys at Redwood." Sean Parker smiled at Zhao Fusheng. The company he had founded earlier had received investment from Redwood Capital.

Of course, the ending wasn't so great.

That was why Sean Parker had a terrible impression of Redwood Capital. In the movie 'The Social Network,' he was the one who urged Zuckerberg to meet the head of Redwood Capital in his pajamas. Though, admittedly, that was a pretty cool thing to do.

"Speaking of Redwood Capital, I've worked with them." Zhao Fusheng shrugged. "I sold them the shares of an internet tech company I had invested in earlier."

"Hmm, was it that company called Shengda Technology?" Zuckerberg said.

Zhao Fusheng nodded. "That's the one."

His face remained impassive, but inwardly he chuckled. It seemed that Zuck wasn't as harmless as he appeared on the surface.

After all, Zhao Fusheng had never mentioned the name Shengda Technology to him. Even at the farm earlier, he had only said that a company he invested in had gone public in the U.S.

It looked like Zuckerberg had done some background check on this.

Of course, even knowing this, Zhao Fusheng wouldn't call him out on it. It was perfectly reasonable for him to do so; if it were him, he would have investigated even more thoroughly.

"How much did you sell for?" Sean Parker blinked, asking curiously.

"About less than a hundred million." Zhao Fusheng answered honestly. There was no need to hide it, and it couldn't be hidden anyway. The reason few people in China paid attention was that he kept a low profile. But Future Investment's reputation had caught the eye of many industry insiders.

"How much did you invest initially?" Zuckerberg was also interested in this, since Zhao Fusheng hadn't told him how much he had put into Shengda Technology.

Zhao Fusheng smiled. "About less than ten million, um, in RMB."

"Nice!"

Sean Parker made a fist-pump motion and laughed heartily. "Based on that alone, I think you're a very reliable partner."

Zhao Fusheng laughed but said nothing.

He naturally understood Sean Parker's feelings. As an entrepreneur who had been driven out of his own company by Redwood Capital, that was hardly a pleasant memory. Hearing that Redwood hadn't gotten the better of Zhao Fusheng naturally made him happy.

Moreover, this incident also proved Zhao Fusheng's ability to cooperate with them, which made Sean Parker very pleased.
